General Terms and Conditions

Payment
Full payment or a deposit can be made by credit card at point of order. If a full payment is not made then a deposit of £100 or 10% (whichever is greater) is taken by credit card, cheque, bank transfer, debit card, Switch or cash. The balance shall then be paid on delivery (C.O.D.). Please note: If balance is to be cleared by credit card, cheque, bank transfer, debit card or Switch, funds must be cleared before furniture is despatched. Please note: As this is an on-line store, offers are subject to availability.

Guarantee
All furniture is Guaranteed for 12 months from delivery.

Price Promise
We shall endeavour to beat any price on like for like quotes only.

Delivery Policy
Delivery is free to mainland U.K. on all orders over £650.
A small fee may be charged if your order is less than £650 calculated on a pro-rata basis. (Please contact us for details.)

Exchange / Returns
Any faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery on damaged or faulty goods.
Please ensure that furniture is checked thoroughly.

Note
It is the customers responsibility to ensure access is adequate for the furniture to get into the desired room.
